3. Appointment, Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy
Scheduling & Booking Fee: Appointments can be booked via phone or our online portal. A non-refundable booking fee is required at the time of scheduling.
If no treatment is provided on the day of your appointment, this booking fee will be credited towards your consultation fee or redeemed towards treatment.
Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the booking fee and/or an additional fee, as outlined during your consultation.
