2. Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the following guidelines regarding returns and refunds.

Returns

For skincare and cosmetics products, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days for a full refund with proof of purchase.

Supplements (Synternals) and Nutritional Products: For your health and safety, we are unable to accept returns for our SynTernals supplements and other nutritional products if you simply change your mind. We encourage you to make well-informed decisions and ensure that any product you select is right for you.

Damaged or Faulty Products: In the rare event that you receive a damaged or faulty product, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly. We will offer returns where required under Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund upon return. All return items will undergo review by our quality control team.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Unopened Products:

    • We accept returns for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Opened Products:

    • Exchanges are allowed within 14 days and after inspection of the product If you would like to purchase a different product, please return the eligible item for a refund (processed in store) and place a new order.

  • Non-Refundable Items:

    • Shipping fees (except for defective or damaged returns) and gift cards are non-refundable.
